The body of Dolly Kashyap, a young woman from Sualkuchi in Assam, was recovered from her rented apartment at Neha Apartment in Guwahati’s Hengrabari area on Tuesday, October 20.
Kashyap, who reportedly worked at an insurance company, was found dead inside her rented accommodation. Following the discovery, Dispur Police reached the spot and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
Police have detained a 34-year-old ICICI Bank manager in connection with the case. However, the exact cause of death remains unknown, and further details are awaited.
The investigation is underway to establish the circumstances leading to the woman’s death.
