The world's largest meme token by market capitalization, Dogecoin has continued to face a steady price downturn since the new month began.
Amid this prolonged market volatility, the meme token has continued to witness increased sell pressure from traders who have begun to trade with caution.

While the transfer comes amid the ongoing October crypto market downturn, it has drawn attention from market participants who are watching closely to observe the behavior of traders, especially large holders.
Considering the timing of the transfer, the move has been perceived as a potential sell attempt, as it is commonly believed that tokens are often dumped on crypto exchanges like Binance to be sold.
Dogecoin price outlook
It is noteworthy that transactions like this alone do not typically confirm that a whale or the sender intends to sell the tokens.
As such, it is quite uncertain whether the move would have a potential impact on the price movement of Dogecoin, as it may be neither a bearish nor a bullish move.
Regardless, the transfer tends to briefly increase the amount of DOGE tokens available for sale on the exchange, which does not paint a positive outlook for DOGE's price.
