Uzbekistan's Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov held a meeting with Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of Chaudhary Group, an international conglomerate from Nepal, in Samarkand on October 19.
The parties discussed prospects for implementing joint investment projects in the food industry, including the establishment of new production facilities and the development of distribution networks.
Particular attention was paid to opportunities for cooperation in the hotel business and real estate development. The discussions focused on establishing hotel complexes with the participation of local partners.
During the meeting, the parties also considered opportunities for cooperation in energy, infrastructure construction and healthcare. Following the discussions, an agreement was reached to jointly develop priority projects and mechanisms for their implementation.
