Jasmine Jasudavicius pulled off the biggest win of her career at UFC Fight Night 291 when she upset Erin Blanchfield in the co-main event.
Jasudavicius (16-4 MMA, 10-3 UFC) put on the performance of her career Saturday at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, when she outworked top-ranked women's flyweight contender Blanchfield (14-3 MMA, 8-2 UFC) for a unanimous decision victory.
It was a massive win for the Canadian on home soil, with each judge giving her a 29-28 scorecard.

After Blanchfield applied effective pressure in the opening stages of Round 1, Jasudavicius completely turned the tide with a takedown. She took the back and applied a body triangle, working for chokes for nearly three minutes as Blanchfield desperately defended.
As the action spilled to Round 2, Blanchfield tried her own early takedown. Jasudavicius defended and Blanchfield went on to connect with a number of clean strikes, but then Jasudavicius changed levels again and got another takedown. Jasudavicius took the back again after a long scramble, then she chased a rear-naked choke over the final two minutes, but could not get the finish.
With Blanchfield is need of a significant momentum change in Round 3, she came out with striking pressure and put Jasudavicius on the back foot. Jasudavicius navigated avoiding any real danger in the striking exchanges, then finally went for a takedown with less than 90 seconds remaining. She got Blanchfield to the mat and burned enough clock to ensure her hand was raised on the scorecards.
With the win, Jasudavicius improved to 7-1 in her past eight octagon appearances with her lone blemish coming to Manon Fiorot in October 2025. She's won two-straight since then, and is looking to put her name in the running for new 125-pound Natalia Silva.
"I feel unbelievable," Jasudavicius said in her post-fight interview with Paul Felder. "I want to cross paths with Natalia Silva again. We have a history."
Rematch on her mind 🧠
