CureBay, a rural healthcare startup, has raised around Rs 100 crore in a Pre-Series C funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.
The round comprises Rs 69 crore in equity from IvyCap Ventures and existing investors, along with over Rs 30 crore in debt from Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital and VentureSoul Partners.
The proceeds will be used to expand its presence across India, including an entry into Andhra Pradesh. The company also plans to strengthen its technology and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve health screening, patient insights and clinical decision making.
Founded in 2021 by Priyadarshi Mohapatra, Shobhan Mahapatra and Sanjay Swain, CureBay operates a network of technology enabled clinics that provide healthcare services in underserved areas. Its services include doctor consultations, medicines, diagnostic tests, surgery facilitation and annual health memberships.
The company operates over 250 clinics across seven states, supported by more than 1,800 Swasthya Mitras, 530 trained clinical staff, 230 doctor partners and over 210 partner hospitals and laboratories. It has served more than 17 lakh patients and conducts over 400 health camps every month.
CureBay operates a six layer rural healthcare system that combines physical clinics, a community health worker network, a digital platform, AI powered screening, a 24/7 command centre and CureBay Kavach.
The company also works with the government on healthcare delivery initiatives and has been named the healthcare partner for Samriddhi Kendra, a Government of India initiative.
CureBay last raised $21 million in a Series B round led by Bertelsmann India Investments in May 2025. Existing investor Elevar Equity and British International Investment also participated in the round.
