Even though XRP saw its market capitalization contract by $2.5 billion over the past 24 hours, to $85.7 billion on October 13, 2026, two artificial intelligence (AI) large language models (LLMs), Gemini and ChatGPT, expect this crypto asset to reach a valuation of $100 billion before the end of the fourth quarter (Q4) 2026.
The average date these two LLMs give for XRP’s market cap to reclaim $100 billion is December 21, 2026, suggesting the token could add $14.29 billion during this period.
Specifically, ChatGPT’s estimated target for this altcoin revisiting $100 billion is November 30, 2026. As a result, this LLM indicates a possible 17.04% upside by the end of next month.
Meanwhile, Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL)-backed Gemini expects January 12, 2027, as the date when XRP will reach this milestone.
Consequently, their closest average date for XRP to hit a $100 billion market capitalization is in 69 days.
XRP performance today
XRP has seen heightened selling pressure over the last 24 hours, driven by heavy liquidation of long traders, as Finbold explained.
At the time of reporting, XRP price traded at about $1.35, down 2.74% over the past 24 hours, as per data Finbold fetched from CoinMarketCap.
During the last 24 hours, the token’s trading volume has soared by more than 68% to $2.68 billion at press time.
Consequently, AI expects the token’s trajectory before Christmas 2026 to remain bullish. Furthermore, a market capitalization of $100 billion could push this altcoin to the same resistance level that has persisted since February 2, 2026, to date.
