I have a pretty good therory as to who is the main driving force behind the rise of the far-right bloc in Europe and other parts of the world, the new self-proclaimed emperor of the developed world President Trump along with a few billionaire business people and rogue countries in need of either money or military support, he’s even managed to get his fingers into the sporting pie.
But while he continues to make a fool of himself on social media and faces a major mid-term election battle, perhaps he would do well to focus on home affairs and stop winding up the rest of the world. However, it may be too late - he’s set a new example of how to get unnecessarily involved and try to influence the politics of countries he has nothing to do with.
We have the far-right bloc in Europe all coming together to help their comrades at elections and next week, the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, will be in Spain to join far-right party Vox on its election campaign while continuing to poke the UK over the Falklands - needless to say with Trump in his shadow.
Argentina is another country in need of domestic attention, what place has Milei got in Spain? I think we all need to calm down, let democracy take its course and the people be campaigned to by their own party leaders not international wind up merchants.
