Netizens react to the Cape Town property price
The comment section did not hold back, with many viewers comparing Cape Town’s property prices to what the same money could buy elsewhere in South Africa.

“Cape Town property market is ridiculously overpriced. A similar house sells for about KSh 19.6 million max in Gauteng. KSh 78.5 million is enough for a proper modern and fancy house.”
@Kevin Kayembe said:
“Same house, different location, could easily go for about KSh 7.1 million to KSh 11.8 million.”
@Dustine pointed out:
“No garden, no pool, no view and the third bedroom is accessed via the second bedroom via the bathroom on rainy days! This is insanity 🤯.”
@Marione&Marley added:
“I'm sorry, I don't mean to be a hater, but KSh 78.5 million for those door handles? It's beautiful, don't get me wrong, but I can't get over the door handles.”
