WEEK 8 RANKINGS
1. West De Pere (8-0)
Had its most lopsided victory of the season in a 49-0 win at Green Bay Southwest, extending its winning streak to 22.
The Phantoms scored their most points since putting up 70 against Hartford in the opening round of the WIAA playoffs last season and posted their third shutout after having zero in 2025.
West De Pere can clinch an outright Fox River Classic Conference-North championship with a win this week.
Up next: at Green Bay Preble (3-5).
2. Green Bay Notre Dame (8-0)
The Tritons remain one of three undefeated Division 2 teams in the state after a 63-0 win over Green Bay West.
Notre Dame set an area record in the win for most points in a nine-game regular season with 460, breaking the previous record of 454 by Bay Port in 2019 and doing it in one fewer game.
The Tritons have scored 60 or more points in two straight games and four times overall. They have not scored fewer than 35 points in the first eight weeks.
As for the defense? It has posted five shutouts, the most in a season since it had five in 2002. It is one shy of matching the program record six from the 1997 team that went 10-2 and reached the Wisconsin Independent Schools Athletic Association D1 state title game.
Up next: at Sheboygan North (3-5).
3. Bay Port (7-1)
The Pirates bounced back from their only loss of the season with a commanding 54-7 win over Green Bay Preble.
They have won 13 straight games in the series and have not lost since a 22-17 defeat to open the 2011 season. They have scored 35 or more points in each of the last 12 meetings.
Up next: at Ashwaubenon (5-3).
4. Pulaski (6-2)
Won for the fourth time in five games with a 17-14 win at De Pere.
The Red Raiders haven’t beaten Bay Port or West De Pere in either of the last two seasons, but they have been one of the best in the area against any other opponent since the start of 2025.
Pulaski has gone 12-1 in the regular season against teams other than the Pirates and Phantoms during that stretch.
It has a good chance to win again this week and enter the playoffs with momentum.
Up next: Appleton West (3-5).
5. De Pere (5-3)
The Redbirds had a two-game winning streak snapped in the loss to Pulaski, although the defense still allowed 17 or fewer points for the fifth time this season and the fourth time in the last five games.
An expected win this week will give the Redbirds at least six victories in each of the last three seasons after accomplishing the feat on two occasions the previous eight years.
Up next: at Green Bay Southwest (2-6).
6. Kewaunee (6-2)
Extended its winning streak to five with a 48-6 win at Marinette, scoring 48 or more points in each of the last four games.
The Storm threw for 203 yards and rushed for 100 yards on just 10 attempts against the Marines.
It has totaled 3,002 all-purpose yards this season and leads the Packerland Conference with 1,116 passing yards.
Up next: Oconto (4-4).
7. Coleman (6-2)
The Cougars won their third straight with a dominating 51-12 win at Manawa.
They have outscored opponents a combined 154-24 during the win streak and have put up 42 or more points in each game.
It sets up a showdown to end the regular season, with the winner capturing the Northwoods Conference championship.
Up next: at Crivitz (6-2).
8. Luxemburg-Casco (5-3)
The Spartans ran into the same problem every team has against a Freedom squad ranked No. 1 in the state in D4.
L-C trailed big in the first half in the 45-6 loss, ending a three-game winning streak after starting the season 2-2.
Freedom has scored 40 or more points in every game.
Up next: Denmark (5-3).
9. Ashwaubenon (5-3)
The Jaguars entered last week firmly in the D3 playoffs as a likely No. 5 seed and beat Appleton West 20-14 for their second win in three games.
Ashwaubenon likely won’t win a season finale but has won the games it needed to win in 2026.
Up next: Bay Port (7-1).
10. Green Bay West (5-3)
The Wildcats are enjoying their best season in decades, but they were no match for a Notre Dame team ranked No. 1 in the state in D2.
West’s three losses have been extremely lopsided.
The Wildcats have been outscored a combined 153-8 by Oshkosh North, Menasha and Notre Dame, but a win this week could secure a playoff berth for the first time in 30 years.
Up next: Sheboygan South (2-6).

He scored the 100th rushing TD of his career, surpassed 6,000 career rushing yards and set a state record with his seventh career 300-yard game.
